If you entered one of the Drop off/Pick up areas but already had a valid car park booking for the same date and time, you may be eligible for the Drop Off/Pick Up payment to be refunded.
What you need to do:
Submit a refund request by clicking here
Ensure you had a valid car park booking at Manchester Airport at the time of entry.
Provide a copy or screenshot of your booking confirmation showing the date and time.
Once your valid car park booking is confirmed, the Drop Off/Pick Up payment can be refunded, and no charge will be applied.
If you do not have a valid car park booking, the Drop Off/Pick Up charge will remain payable.
